How to install

Installing the Tekla Structures Extension

Follow these steps to install the Tekla Structures extension.

1 Download the latest version

Download the latest version of the extension .dll file.

Download Extension

2 Copy the DLL file

Copy the downloaded .dll file to the Features folder of your Tekla Structures installation.

Tekla Structures 2025 
D:\TeklaStructures\2025.0\bin\Features
Older versions

For older versions of Tekla Structures, such as Tekla Structures 2016i: 

D:\TeklaStructures\2016i\nt\bin\Features
If Tekla Structures is installed in a different location, use the corresponding bin\Features folder from your installation.

3 Restart Tekla Structures

If Tekla Structures is currently running, close and restart it to load the new extension.

The extension should now be available in Tekla Structures.
