These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hashdot.me ("Service"), operated by HashDot ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

We provide software products, plugins, and subscription-based applications for Tekla Structures.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

We do not knowingly allow access to minors.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account authenticated via OpenID Connect using Keycloak.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. License and Access

All software products are licensed, not sold.

Licenses are:

  • time-limited (1 year)
  • device-bound based on activation limits
  • non-transferable unless explicitly allowed

We may restrict or revoke access in case of violation of these Terms.

5. Digital Products

Products include downloadable software files (.dll, .exe) and subscription-based services.

Access is granted electronically after successful payment.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via third-party provider WayForPay.

We do not store full payment card details.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which states that all sales are final.

You acknowledge that you have reviewed the product via trial (where available) before purchase.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer or decompile software
  • redistribute or resell licenses
  • circumvent license validation
  • abuse or exploit the system
  • use the service for illegal purposes

9. Intellectual Property

All software, code, branding, and content are owned by HashDot and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Maintenance or updates may temporarily limit access.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
